Sleeping Sanctuaries & Beds

Velvet & Plush Covers: Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Where removable, machine wash covers on a gentle cycle in cold water. Lay flat or tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach.
Memory Foam Inserts: Do not machine wash. Spot clean only with a lightly dampened cloth. Allow to air dry fully before replacing the cover.
Bolsters & Cushions: Fluff regularly to maintain shape. Rotate periodically to ensure even wear.

Harnesses, Collars & Apparel

Fabric Harnesses & Collars: Hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. Do not tumble dry or iron.
Leather & Faux-Leather Items: Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Apply a leather conditioner periodically to maintain suppleness. Keep away from prolonged moisture and direct sunlight.
Apparel & Bandanas: Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water. Tumble dry on low or air dry. Do not bleach or dry clean.

Ceramic & Stoneware Dining Ware

Hand wash with warm water and mild dish soap to preserve the glaze and finish.
Do not place in the dishwasher unless explicitly stated on the product listing.
Avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g., placing a cold bowl directly into a hot environment) to prevent cracking.
